Exchange/return policy


At Wemyc, we understand that every purchase is valuable and in certain unavoidable circumstances, the customer has to exchange or return it. So to make the process easier, our policy gives you an option to exchange/return the products within 7 Days of Delivery only in case of defects, damage caused during delivery, missing or wrong products received.


What should you do in case of a Damaged/ Tampered Package or Missing Product?

We request you not to accept the package if damaged in the first place, and if you receive the package, record an unboxing video. Reach out to our Team at +918668171797 (10am - 5pm) or mail us at support@wemyc.co.in, mentioning your order reference number with an unboxing video (if you have accepted the delivery) within 48 hours of delivery. We shall do our best to ensure that your queries are resolved, and a replacement is scheduled at the earliest.


In case of a return, when do I get my refund?

Once your returned product/s are received at our facility and inspected by our experts, we will initiate the refund process.

No Shipping Carrier is available for Return/Exchange from Our end. 

Its customer responsibility to return their Products incase of exchange of Product (Only Size issues with Unused Product is accepted for Exchange within 7 days of delivery). After Receiving the returned product we will send your desired Size.

National Shipping

Free national shipping is available for prepaid orders above ₹499. For orders that are equal or lower than ₹499, a convenience charge of ₹49 applies.
For COD orders of ₹500 or lower, a convenience charge of ₹99 will be applicable. For COD orders above ₹500, a convenience charge of ₹69 applies.

           In the rare case, due to technical issue at bank/payment partner if the amount has been deducted from your account however your order status continues to show as pending payment or payment failed, please do not worry. Your money is safe. Simply write to us on support@wemyc.co.in or whatsapp us at +91-8668171797 and we will look into it on priority.

 Orders once packed or shipped CANNOT be cancelled/modified. To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies. However, due to Natural Calamities or regional disruption may impact the delivery timelines.
Under normal circumstances, we deliver products within 5 business days of the order being confirmed. If you’re in a Non-Metro, all products usually reach you within a time span of 3 to 12 days, and for very remote locations, though extremely rare, the time for deliveries may exceed 12 days.
Note: These timelines do not apply for custom orders, special orders or pre-order bookings. The timelines for each of these will be different and individually mentioned in the product description.
All items are shipped within 3-7 working days of receiving the order. In the unlikely event that we are not able to ship your complete order within 7 days of the order, we shall cancel the unshipped part of the order. In such a case, your payment for the unshipped items in your order shall be refunded, in the manner you have made the payment. The refund will be done as soon as possible and we, at Wemyc, are committed to it.
                   If you believe that the product is not received in perfect condition or if the packaging has been tampered with or damaged before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take the package, and Whatsapp us on +918668171797 (9.30 AM – 6 PM) or mail us at support@wemyc.co.in, mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement is made to you at the earliest.

International Shipping

Wemyc ships to across and to almost every part of the world.


Shipping on international orders is at actuals to be paid by the customer. Also, the customer must bear import/customs duty in case applicable in the destination country.

International Shipping Charges: Shipping charges will be calculated based on destination & order weight at the time of checkout.
Orders will be dispatched only post receipt of the entire bill value.
Orders once shipped CANNOT be modified. 
For any return/ replacement, customer will have to bear the shipping cost.
Refund: In case if returns, the paid amount will be refunded excluding the delivery fee.
